Unfortunately, I found the file unreadable because it is in djvu reader format, which is the worst on the planet, at least on a Mac computer. On scrolling, pages come up after delays of several seconds (if at all), and with entire paragraphs left blank, probably owing to problems of communication with the computer ram memory. The uploader would do many of us a favour if he offered this file as a pdf or epub or mobi.
