tracks created for systems tuned to around 35-40 Hz. i use a 12" sub in a 3.8 cubic foot box with 150 watts going to it and it sounds great, in other words. if all your using is a standard PC speaker system, dont bother! this stuff is meant to piss off your neighbors :]
