This has a resolution of 640x480 but a 16:9 ratio. Looks fine on MPC-HC but Plex for Android tries to put it in to a 4:3 box, squishing the picture. Just a heads up for anybody and if anyone knows an answer to fix the mkv header please post in the comments for future reference. I looked in MKVMergeGUI but came up empty.
