Makes zero sense.
In what way is it 4K?
In what way is it remastered if its only 1080p?

Either way it looks terrible compared to TWD 720p rips.

It means the movie studio mastered the film in 4K resolution and encoded it down to 1080p for the Blu-Ray. This 1080p rip is from that re-mastered Blu-Ray.

4K mastering = 4K source > 1080P

2K mastering = 4K source > 2K master > 1080P

4K master elliminates an unnecessary step which results in more data loss
