OS X 10.10 Yosemite Preview
File list not available. |
The developer preview is 5.09GB in size
This one shows 5.12 GB on my Mac.
I have it installed. It is the real thing.
Why are there two of the same torrents by the same person???
@gonowhere cause I can't delete the wrong one.
Is there a second witness that this is the real thing? It still seems fishy.
I'm out. I'll try again another time. Waaay too many leechers and this thing will take a week at this point. Thx skullol!
I haven't installed this yet but the size differential is because this file is a slightly compressed .dmg. Unpacked the application is 5.095GB in size, seems legitimate. The installer is the Russian one that's been going around on certain forums, but there seem to be language files for several languages. I'll update to confirm once it's installed.
Torrent is so slow download.
Use this one instead:

4x 10 GBPS Seedboxes placed on it.

Got it installed, working perfectly. Don't know why people are saying the download is slow, I was getting consistent 1MB/s+ download speeds and it finished in under an hour.
I installed it over an existing Mavericks installation and it's working fine. The install did render my Ubuntu partition unbootable, however, so keep that in mind if you decide to install this. Thanks for the upload.

Was able to successfully download and install - confirmed working.. can be buggy depending on machine but that comes with any initial beta release.
I installed by mounting the DMG, copying the installer to the desktop and running it from there.
Recommend creating a second Mavericks partition before installation "just in case". Heads up, this new OS X has a black boot screen!

Black boot screen? I didn't get that... Also the spotlight search seemed not to show wikipedia and bing search... Anyone has similar situations?
Hi, I downloaded this yesterday and it had installed, and was restarting it can't get past the boot screen all it does is loads half the bar and then freezes
@stevenmacguy: same problem here. Tried it on an iPod and on an ext HDD to make sure it wasn't my hardware. Problem persist on both devices..
Can it be installed without having a developer account?
Can I upgrade from OS X Mountain Lion, or should I first go to OS X Mavericks then to OS X Yosemite ?
Work Perfect For Me Thanks A lot. I recommended to download this Beta 1 Of OS X Yosemite. Thanks Skullol
