Makes perfect sense. If he's (or she's) in a country where the authorities would be willing to prosecute and pursue him/her then it really isn't worth it.

regards max, the law is from 2007 and states a severe punishment, like I mentioned earlier 3 to 5 and hundreds of thousands of $, and I haven't a clue as to establishing a VPN, and suppose it isn't available here, a fascist entity
