that is strange i checked the music folder where the album is in on my pc , seems alright on my side, dont kno wat happend there

The person isn't confused about the different volumes. I just downloaded it myself and all the track are mislabeled. The track names are all the same as what you list here but when you play them they're all completely different songs, neither from volume 1 or volume 2 of this set.
I did some searching and it appears all the songs actually included here are from Volume 3, like 'So Doggone Lonesome' plays when you click 'Little Things' and 'I Gotcha' plays when you click 'Let's Stay Together.' Both of those songs are from Volume 3 of 'The Tarantino Experience.'
