Nevermind the issues were on my end due to a VLC process that was hanging. So it should open fine for you guys.
But the 2nd version I posted is compressed better, has slightly louder audio, and the container info reads properly.
Both versions are great though. Enjoy!

This is the best version visual wise. But when you skip around it requires buffering time. Plus it's not mobile friendly.
So the 2.6GB is titled "Best Version" simply because it's a decent looking encode, skips quickly, and is mobile friendly.
