Anyone else having problems saving the game? I beat the first level, quit the game, and went back and it had a save file but didn't actually save my progress.

I dont know why but when i installed and opened it, I got the blue screen of death and luckily my computer could still function but when i uninstalled or tried to, it said that the files were corrupt so i immediately deleted all the associated files. could someone please help?
