Upon investigating the screens: this is some subtitled asian film labelled in english to mislead people and waste time / bandwidth. It's not even subtitled in english.
If China is so desperate for internet traffic from the english speaking world they can sell us bandwidth uncapped for less than our providers. Hell they'd probably turn a higher profit margin doing it.
