unfortunately these torrents die pretty quick.
it is understandable since they are quite big so it adds up quickly. hard to keep them seeded
I have it all and more on my server though, wonder how much I could charge for access to it ;)

^ Yes please! Of course, the resultant .torrent file would weigh in at hundreds of MBs and break all available torrent clients and sites (and quite possibly the protocol itself, as it stands), but petty considerations like that can't stop a true visionary! :D

Or keep it in cbr, alphabetical, maybe like 27 torrents. Leachers then can help seeding by using whatever cbr's they have downloaded from you.

rar'ing it has the effect of moving the metadata (filepath and -size info) from the .torrent file into the content, which would constitute an extremely significant decrease for the former and an extremely insignificant increase for the latter. So, yes, that's the right idea in this case, in principle.
With a negligible metadata overhead, the size of the .torrent file is simply (number of pieces) * (hash size), which could mean as "little" as (9 TB / 16 MB) * (20 bytes) ~ 10 MB.
Still well beyond what TPB does accept, but there may be public torrent sites out there which do. And I've seen TB-sized torrents, so the protocol and client should be able to cope with that just fine. Which leaves the rar algorithm and the file system itself as potential hurdles... :P
