The main tools are MeGUI and AviSynth with the latest version of x264 binary manually updated from the komisar site. DGIndexNV is used for decoding HD. The audio gain is increased with Audacity and conversion to HE-AAC using NeroAacEnc inside MeGUI. mkvtoolnix is used if subtitles are muxed into the MKV.
