Andrews plays a spy boss with a video camera installed in his left eye socket, but his character is actually peripheral to that of secret agent Brett Halsey, who's assigned to rescue the daughter (Pier Angeli) of an East German scientist. The commies (Soviet and Chinese) are also on her tail, as she possesses a valuable formula discovered by her late, Nobel-prize winning father.
