On a trip to Europe, two American friends become aware of a place in Slovakia where girls have sex with any stranger. Once there, they discover that unhealthy or adverse events take over the site.

Beth (Lauren German), Lorna (Heather Matarazzo) and Whitney (Bijou Phillips) are American youth traveling to Rome. While doing a tour of the weekend they are attracted by a beautiful model, who know the way to a remote region of Slovakia. The model offers them know that an exotic spa, where they could relax, rejuvenate and have fun. They accept the invitation, without imagining that will fall victim to an auction involving wealthy people and patients from several countries.

High-risk bets acquire a new meaning in this third chapter of the chilling series. During a bachelor party in Las Vegas, four friends are enticed by two sexy escorts to invite them to join them at a private party. But when they get there, they are used as objects of a perverse game of torture, part of the most sadistic show ever seen and sponsored by members of the Elite Hunting Club.
