Like I told you on the actual game, you must decompress the rar file with winrar or 7z. For this file you should download 360 Content Manager 3.2.
After decompression, open 360CM as administrator, connect 360CM ftp to your 360, then find the download folder. Select the decompressed file and 360CM will put the file where it needs to go.
Note, you may need to visit XBUC.COM and download the correct title update. 360CM will also put it in the correct place.
