Continuing the South of the Border series, a pretty U.S. Embassy attorney (Lisa Kinkaid) finds herself in a twisted web of white slavery and corrupt Mexican justice along with two Yankee college babes (Kimberly Noble and Christina Anderson) whom she tried a little too hard to spring after they got pinched by the Feds with some cocaine. Joining these girls is a pretty junkie drug mule (Marly Rowe) who finds herself running afoul of the infamous Joint Mexican/DEA task committee. She is subjected to an interrogation session in which she is stripped, bound, gagged and given an enema to dislodge any illicit cargo that had been packed up her ass.

At the hands of DEA, CIA and Mexican Police, these hotties are subjected to South American-style interrogation including whipping, electro-stimulation, jail cell gang bangs and humiliating cavity searches. They are also being taped by ever-present surveillance cameras; the tapes being sold and used as sales material for rich overseas clientele. Besides their seeming zeal for drug interdiction these peace officers are really looking for pretty girls to turn into sex slaves sold to the highest bidder.
