n this week's episode of Grey's Anatomy, entitled "Can We Start Again Please?" it's Shepherd versus Shepherd as siblings Amelia Shepherd and Derek Shepherd square off. With Amelia desperate to keep her addiction recovery under wraps, her secret could be exposed, giving Derek a chance to move back up. Amelia is still acting in Derek's old position as head of Neurosurgery, making him feel a tad resentful. But when Owen comes to him with concerns about Amelia's past, Derek considers using this revelation to his advantage in order to take back his old position. Derek had known a little about Amelia's past substance abuse, but when the entire truth is revealed, his options suddenly open wide and temptation takes hold.
