@tiz2 seeders are high but they aren't seeding enough. I downloaded Ganool's RIP and it was better than this. Infact only 10 seeders and I got the maximum out of them.

the reason I download from yify is because my computer can't handle actual blu-ray :( ( :( because yify movies have horrible audio )

The Yify group retired (got taken over by anti-pirate groups) a year ago.. chances are this has a tracker on it.. thus the poor quality.
