Quote: "1920x1080 (1080p) is the highest of two HDTV resolutions. 1080p is also known as Full HD and is very high resolution video. "
This movie is in 1920 x 800 - NOT 1080p. Is that so hard to get?

condors369 thanks for the upload. Great quality.
Damien74 the 1080p is implied as a part of the source not the download. Obviously at 2.4 GB this is not a exact 60+ GB duplicate but re-encoded into a smaller download. I doubt you'll read this and continue with the same clueless trolling in other 1080 rips anyhow. lol

Both of you, are wrong.. though Gary-GMAN, you're more closer to right....
Yes it says its a 1080p BRRip. Which means that it came from a 1080P or greater source. BUT... The '1080p' goes for the 'viewable resolution' of the file... Theaters generally project their movies at 21:9 for their aspect ratio. People, for some reason, believe that its actually 16:9, which is generally based on the fact that all our 'HD TVs' and computer screens, are 16:9 aspect ratios. Sadly that's NOT the case... It'd be wonderful if it were, but its not.
SO! The reason why the 'height' for this video is '800 pixels' instead of 1080, is to CORRECT FOR THE ASPECT RATIO DIFFERENCE..... when you are watching a movie in 1920x1080 on a 16:9 screen, you will get black bars on the top and bottom. Why? Because the ACTUAL resolution for the video, is 1920x800............. So, if they were to export the video here as a hardcoded 1920x1080 video file, you would get permanent black bars, which can NOT be removed unless you use a 'zoom' or 'crop' feature on a TV or Computer. But with a 1980x800 video file, you can simply tell the TV or whatever Computer Program you're using, that the video file is intended for 16:9 screens, and thus, it the shitty black bars 'disappear' and it fills the screen completely without 'cutting out' the sides like it would with a 'zoom' or 'crop' feature.
So for all of you out there... STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT RESOLUTIONS BEING 1920X800!!!! BECAUSE REGARDLESS OF THE SOURCE OR THE VIDEO FILE, THE VIDEO ITSELF WILL ALWAYS FREAKING BE 1920X800!!!!!!!!!! STOP...THE...PATHETIC...BITCHING!!!!
