Is there a method to get the iPad JeppFD update from this disk?

What am I doing wrong? With installation the program asks for a serial number. So I put in 080FL06084 for Full Worldwide then it gives an error message "The serial number you entered is not a valid serial number" Example 1234-ABCD-5678EFGH.
