Wow, some of the people here must be blind. Apart from the low resolution, the image is cropped, so you lose the bottom part (I guess to cut the korean subs), but, even worse, every 4th frame is a duplicate which introduces a stutter that makes it unwatchable for me (not beeing blind). If you really can't see it just pause and press e on VLC to go frame by frame.
