SimCity 3000 Unlimited Portable Use 7-Zip to extract. No install needed. Music and intro video working. This will run on Windows 8.1 & 10, however the GUI will lag like crazy. BUT, you can fix this with the Microsoft Application Compatibility Toolkit. To fix, see the reddit post here: iiProcs
