Go to it for any information or questions.  I know nothing about this other than how to flash. 

I'm simply making a torrent because the only download for this so far is going extremely slow(was going ~20-30K/sec).  I'll try to keep up with his future updates on this torrent and upload those as well.  What is included in this is the CM12.1 ROM recovery flash-able and the Nano Google Apps that is recovery flash-able.

- Download the CyanogenMod zip(s). (see Downloads)
- Copy the CyanogenMod zip to internal or external sdcard.
- Install a compatible Recovery. (see Downloads)
- Boot into Recovery.
- Perform a NANDroid backup of your current ROM. (Optional)
- Wipe data & cache partitions of your device.
- Flash CyanogenMod.
- Optional: Install the Google Apps addon package. (see Downloads)
- Reboot!
