ALPHA 60 was formed in 2008 in a forgotten industry district of Uppsala (Sweden). The name comes from the computer controlling the city of Alphaville in Godards movie of the same name. They combine equal parts Pink Floyd, punk rock, German Romantic poetry and Britpop.
