Bitcomet?
ABC?
Azureus?
Might be a NAT or Firewall problem? just some of the stuff you might want to check.
I´m not sure about TPB, but some sites have certain ports banned.

I've downloaded this torrent, and when extracting the iso from the rar files I get a CRC failed message from .r36 to .r55. Any ideas on how I can fix this?
