Yes, Bell Labs is still around, as a part of Lucent Technologies. Plan 9 UNIX is one of their newer creations. This torrent includes the floppy and cdrom install images, the Plan 9 FAQ, and several books dealing with it.

The UNIX is a misnomer, this is not unix but was created by the fathers of unix fo fix the wrong designs in unix.
