1.Locate where you downloaded the file.


2.You can use any unpacking/unzipping software on this file.


3.Right click the file and select either extract here,extract files(means u pick folder to put it in, if do this make a folder in the directory of where you downloaded this file) or extract to Fraps v2.8.1 (Registered)


4.Once extracted open the folder that says Fraps v2.8.1 (Registered) or where ever u extracted it to(if u selected the extract to Fraps v2.8.1 (Registered) u will see another folder click that)


5.Now that your in the folder ,double click or right click and select open on the application file named FRAPSREG281, once done it will launch the installition process.


6.All you have to do now is install,once installed double click the icon and it automatically runs up.
