Everything worked fine, but my computer is still INSANELY SLOW.
Recently wiped my hard drive and installed Windows 7. Is there anything else you recommend for making this thing run faster so I can finally play Skyrim??

First thing you must understand is Skyrim is a memory hog, its required computer specs are, :::Processor: Dual Core 2.0GHz or higher
:::2GB System RAM
:::6GB free HDD Space
:::Direct X 9.0c compliant video card with 512 MB of RAM
:::DirectX compatible sound card

This is minimum, not recommended; if your computer can't run skyrim with decent FPS then you must upgrade or get a new computer.
P.s. processors will start to slow down after a while, or misuse.
