Hey!

All sounds great but exactly what version is it ?

10.4.?

Boya!
it's not bootable [non-bootable] as considered by magicIso
Does this need a serial code? if so please tell me what it is, PS: i want one that wont have to many restrictions to the use of OS X.
I'd like to know if it's normal to apper a strange icon on the Apple's icon when I restart the computer with the dvd in the hard drive
I think it's a icon of prohibited, but I'm not sure

Hey dude...id like to know after i install mac, will i have to go search drivers for my laptop...my laptop has a intel celeron m processor and its notebook model is a Compaq Presario C551NR Notebook PC.
also, i wanna dual boot windows and mac...so im going to do that by using Acronis disk director and Acronis OS Selector. Is that alright?

You have to change it on the bios screen...
when u see the bios loading press F2 (not the windows loading screen).
then u will look for it from there^^
enjoy.
Hey aevara, I got the same problem.........I want to know how to make it install.....
I'm also wondering about drivers and if you need a serial... please let us know ;)
will this work on the new intels(08)?
Loaded up in vmware from the iso image.Booted up no prob too. Didn't have to burn to disk.
MSDos setting,works everytime.
However it only allows the option to connect by phone modem .
Dosen't matter howmany times i reload it and pick cable or lan.
Once its booted ...no connection and the only option is phone modem.
Anybody know how to fix this?
Everything else works fine.

I'd appreciate any help,and...
Thank you!
GOT IT !
USED IlanF link and followed instrns no probs getting online now. just follow the instructions ,but you have to load the sys then shut it down and replace the lines of code.
friggin sis board keeps me from sound though. ay any body?
o ,and be sure once you boot up to shut off the screensaver and power saver and stuff.
after that use the rest of the instructions to go into bios and shut off the shit ya don't need.
Thanks again ,eh! little help with the sound thing ,would be abit o' FERENGI UMOX .

apple system 0.1 - mac os x 10.6.2 (non server editions)
never use serials execpt servers they need a serial
thx works great-

btw this is the version apple distributed to exclusively to developers who use pc

but works great on my 1.4Ghz / 1GB ram / intel celeron m

thx and excellent work!
Is this a patched version or simply you've copied your original Disk since it shows forbidden on my pc
still no answer for the first question. 10.4.? which version? anyone downloaded and tried?
This is a copy of the initial developer preview release made after Steve Jobs announced "the switch" in June 2005. It is version 10.4.1. At the time, this release was also known by the x86 project code name "Marklar."

So this is a bit of a rare item, and less locked down than OS X usually is. It is supposed to run in a virtual machine, and you might get it to work on generic hardware too. But if, like me, you just want to throw the same OS on your old MacBook as the PowerBook G3, better to opt for a 10.4.11 restore disc.
