Thanks kemacy2. Works great.

I am using Win XP SP3 and just followed other people's instructions.

Convert via MAGIC ISO
and mount via Daemon Tools 3.47
These also work if you create a WinXP virtual machine using Oracle's free "VM VIRTUAL BOX" software. [You need a copy of WinXP for that, too]

In the WinXP vm, convert each file to an iso with MAGIC ISO or POWER ISO. Then mount via Daemon Tools 3.47 - all within the vm.
BTW - if you want a seriously prfessional 3D interactive virtual brain model, download Albany Medical College's FREE Virtual Brain software:

https://www.amc.edu/Academic/software/license_and_software_download.cfm

You'll see what I mean when you try it.
And if you want an even deeper brain study model and want to have some serious neuroanatomy fun, check out the Allen Brain Explorer at https://human.brain-map.org/static/brainexplorer and the Harvard Whole Brain Atlas at https://www.med.harvard.edu/AANLiB/
