It's only the Install application that is x64 incompatible. Install the program on an x86 (32 bit OS), copy the installation folder to your x64 machine and it will run fine.

64bit users don't waste your time. Will not install. Note: This only applies to 64 bit, if you have 32bit you should be fine.

For x64: You can't install, but you can use VirtualBox to install and run.
What I did was to install Windows 3.1 in DOSBox and install YDKJ from there.
You'll have to install S3 video card driver and SB16 sound card driver for it to work in Windows 3.1. Works fine.
