Looks like DVD Quality to me, it's good.
As for the ad stuff, that's a signature thing missing the link for the actual ad. Nothing to do with the movie.

I caught the beginning of this movie on Comedy Central one time, and caught the tail end of it another time.

I know there was some censoring to make it cable-friendly, so I want to see it without any of that stuff, even if I am, at the moment, censoring the Unrated Edition of "RENO911! Miami", which is originally also a product of Comedy Central.
(Seeing the movie from this torrent on CC as the only reason I'm mentioning this.)

I might put it up on TPB and see if anyone wants it, because I'm pretty sure that I'm not the only one that thinks the censoring of the show only made it funnier and made you think of what words they might have said.
