I am a friend of the classics - thank you very much for this one!
Thanks for the upload, but the sub is in spanish, and not even VLC can fix the sound. I suppose there should be a sound?
Spoken language is NOT german.
This is the english version, spoken by germans with ununderstandable accents.
-> better get the german version with subs

Spoken language is german and english... subs in portuguese.
The version that I got from this upload is the alternate 1930 English language version - and with extremely poor video quality. Two versions of the film were shot at the same time: one in German ("Der blaue Engel," which is the one to have, but is apparently available on The Pirate Bay) and in English with the same principal actors whose accents are so heavy, you may think it's German (but I assure you is not!). There is a rather expensive (US$ 31.00) Kino edition out which contains both German and English versions with superior video and audio. If you are truly a fan of this film, best to save your pennies and get that edition.
I found what seems to be the German version, but it doesn't seem TPB allows me to post the URL (weird thing is that the tracker is TPB, but the torrent can't be found here).
So, just go to Bit Reactor and search for Der Blaue Engel, it's the 686 MB file.

I had the chance in my life to meet Marlene Dietrich in Paris in 1986 just for 20 minutes i aws 30 years old because she was à far away woman of my family. i am still proud over this woman. She died in 1991 in Paris absolutely lonely what a shame...

This is one of the best Nazi movies ever.
Don't be stupid, this is not a Nazi-era film! At this time, Germany was ruled by Weimar Republic, Nazism initially came to the power in '33 when Hitler became the führer, read a little about history, you douchebag!
BTW, works fine, audio is OK and subtitles are in portuguese, not english!
