@JQ3 : I've seen this type of thing before - there MUST be a torrent client out there which deliberately makes a piece unavailable (corresponding with a dummy file / some other non-required data) - in order to encourage people to seed by not telling them the file has finished.
For an example of this, have a look at:

Someone has put the files into a seperate torrent, as in the original these do not download. Hoever, the album itself does! Coincidence? I think not!
Personally, i use uTorrent on windows mostly, and a good way of telling whether you are going to get the entire file(s) is by checking the availability (under the "Pieces" tab). If it's less then one, then forget it!

Sorry this doesnt seem to be working for you, I have had it uploading fine ever since I upped it? Several people have had it at 100% so I dont understand why you havent been able to?
