This is the FULL RETAIL Leopard ISO (not DMG) as stated. Had issue burning DVD-DL on one PC with InfraRecorder. Tried a different PC and burner, worked on PowerBook G4 15". Going to give this OSX 10.5 a try if not Ubuntu-Mate PPC for new life. THANK YOU!

Tried with a USB on my Dual Core G5, doesn't work, if i used a DVD it probably would but I don't have any spares.
