I'm one of the people who heavily promoted that site as a "good place for comics", and had a significant part in making that true for awhile as you may know. I did this because z-cult was killed as an effective tracker and demonoid was down, seemingly for good. TPB has some defects and was not much of a comics place at the time. It has alway been site policy there to cross post tprrents to other sites, not keep them exclusive, but TPB has often been ignored as it does not allow external torrents and not all want to multi track, etc. Some of what you charge is true but I would amend it to say it is just one juvenile moderator who I believe has acted against the wishes of the admin. I would be very interested in knowing of any case of a torrent being deleted by any mod for any reason other than clear violation of the site rules with refusal to fix where applicable. I can't think of any rule for comics except a decent description, preferably with at least one cover pic. Initial moderation of the first few torrents is supposed to teach that. I will report this to the admin and I think I will be listened to. I too am saddened at recent events there and of two minds wether to abandon it or try to fix it.
BTW I think demonoid will soon supplant all others again as the #1 comics site, but meh.

First when the person is at the top of the affairs you cant say just one 'juvenile mod', because he runs the whole show. I can send you on email the pm reply he gave to one of the members TTROY and also subsequently deleted his post and account. Second its not against the wishes of the admin. The admin supports him fully. The admin justified his actions and held them right. So at one point the admin of that 'juvenile site' wants it to be a place for comix and wants his site to be amongst the best torrent sites and talks very highly of p2p activities and another he acts just opposite.

Its not that we think that TPB is the only place for comics. TPB is one with a good database. We had our reasons (technical) for posting these torrents at TPB.

As for h33t, I would say that soon all uploaders old or new would stop posting there. It will become just another dump site and will be left with only a few 'juvenile' mods and admins to feed to themselves.

evidence supplied by several has convinced me h33t has deteriorated more than I feared. It's supposed to be about the comics, for some sadly this does not appear to be the case. I applaud the non-ego oriented approach of those who are continuing the marvel chrono. as for me if / when I resume uploading it will be back at my original home on demonoid.

Finally you see the light. All this would not have happened if that 58 yr old 'juvenile' mod and admin had acted in a rational manner. I firmly believe that all that happens is for good and everyone has something to learn from this issue too and the sooner it came up, the better it is for everyone. Cheers!!!

If you hit me over the head hard enough I see lights :-) I put a lot of effort into building the comics upload section at h33t, though someone else seems to think he did it all and that everyone got their comics from him in the first place. It's hard to admit that it has come to this.
