Produced by Poke & Tone, the mid-tempo song isâ??according to Rihannaâ??an instruction to a man: "If it's lovin' that you want, you should make me your girl because I've got what you need". It was released as the album's second single after "Pon de Replay" and peaked at number thirty-six on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. It had more success on a worldwide scale, reaching the top five in Poland and Slovakia, the top ten in Australia and New Zealand and number eleven on the UK Singles Chart; it also became her first number-one crossover hit in the Philippines. "If It's Lovin That You Want" was the second and last single released single from Music of the Sun in the U.S.; a third single, "Let Me", was released in Japan. The music video for the song was shot on a stretch of beach on the coast of California by director Marcus Raboy, and the dancing was choreographed by Fatima Robinson. Rihanna said that the video "is about having fun, giving off the vibe of the Caribbean", and that "I'm just [performing] to the camera as if it were my boyfriend. [...] It's going to be incredible." Scenes of the video show a bonfire, belly dancing and Rihanna on a jet ski, which she had to learn how to ride. On TRL Poland, it was retired from the countdown after fifty days. Hey, I'm new to this website, and I don't know if it's possible to PM you, but I was just wondering if you'd know how these videos would look on a 36" TV. I'm not sure what specs video files should have in order for them to look nice on a TV instead of a computer monitor. Thanks bunches!
I watch the videos on my TV all the time and they look just fine so they should look nice on your 36" TV.
