Amazing album - many thanks for sharing. Here is her website, for those (like me) who find her music beautiful and want to support her with further purchases as a result:

FYI from Zoe's website:

"(Last word...if you can't afford to buy my music and have to obtain it in some other fashion, I won't hold it against you. I see it as the same as when I was in college and made mixtapes because I couldn't afford CDs. However, if you get it somewhere, do me a favor and don't mass share it, since that does hurt) "

Here is where you can buy her music directly:

hey everyone,
thanks for listening to my music.
please help me make more of it by buying a copy of my record or donating on my site.
there is no middleman or record label here...its all produced by me, my cello, one microphone and a computer, in a tiny redwood shack in the woods.
celloly yours,
zoe

Hooray for Zoe! Let's make a path from TPB to her website, and show that us "pirates" also know how to support exceptional artistic talent in our spare time ;-)
Awww, an artist came to TPB to *comment* on a torrent of her music. Not riding in with DMCA-guns blazing. What a nice and heartening change of pace!
Thanks for the torrent... i just bought the album off her website (i've seen her play live and i'm certain this will be well worth the $16.50), but i'll be downloading this in the meantime since i can't wait to listen to it. Thanks again!
I first heard Keating's music on NPR and immediately downloaded everything I could find on TPB.

I went on to buy this album from the link above and preordered the upcoming Into The Trees. Part of the reason was actually her laidback attitude towards filesharing and her talking about how she's trying to make this work on her own financially.

If you can afford it (I think I payed like $20 incl. shipping to Europe for this album) I say try and support her. She's running her own outfit, there's no big bad record label looking for max profits, everything goes to the artist (i.e. how we want it to work).
I'm living in Brooklyn barely able to afford rent and food but when I find work I'll be honored to buy all Zoe's albums. She gets me through these sad and lonely days.
