Hey All.... I need some help.. I have very little experience using ISO files so bare with me. and I have read most of the comments here. I'm still having problems.

I stalled the program and at first I got a screen to register it and I didn't.. I believe that was my mistake.. Since then, I've done a uninstall and reinstall. But it no long as me to register it and I get this message (Roxio Creator has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.) when I try opening the program. however this only happens when I click "Roxio Creator 2009 Ultimate" but I does all me to open all the Applications that's listed.

WTF do you uncompress with? I've tried Winrar and 7zip, neither recognizes the file type.

guys i've installed the program normally after putting in the serial number in the beginning.

it now asks me to register ONLINE too so i just wanna know should it register it online ?

is it safe ?
or if i wont do it will it stop working ?
any idea plz advise.

Ok here is the deal, I had problems with my operating system and when I re-intall my Windows XP and load all my programs my Roxio Creator 2009 Ultimate didn't couldn't load and a window will say that the program couldn't open and needed to close. When it told me if I wanted to report the problem I DID and it gave me a link where I could it find a solution, I click on the link and send me to the Sonic, Roxio pages where you have to sign up for all the ultimate upgrades for the Roxio 2009, so I did register and in 2 minutes I was redirected to download a Creator2009P4 zip file which I download on my computer I opened I load the aplication and when I restarted my computer Roxio 2009 Ultimate started without any problem. I love this program is worth the time to get it loaded on your computer is so great, lots of aplications and so easy to use.
