The 'Encyclopaedia Judaica' consists of 22 PDF files and somewhere in the area of 15,000 pages. It is a good reference for most things if you want a quick brief on Jewish topics. Each article ends with a bibliographical note (further reading references like books or other sources). The text of a volume can be searched with the search option in Acrobat Reader.
