Nope, they're PAL.. so no worries on the quality.

25fps, but downscaled slightly for more efficient encoding / better quality for the bitrate.

fyi, the files for the last two episodes of the first season are switched -- "twin_peaks.1x06..." is in fact "twin_peaks.1x07..." and vice-versa
