Can anyone tell me what the difference is between this and http://piratebayproxy.live/torrent/3778378/ ? The author list is just copied and pasted from that 1-year-old torrent. However, the overall torrent is 90 mB smaller, and there's 1 less file. Seems like someone just re-uploading other peoples' torrents to feel special.
Why in the world would you complain about someone reseeding? This is a great collection and if the quality of all the stories is as good as the ones I've uncompressed so far, well worth the time needed to download. So far, I'm very pleased. Well done, hal9k. And if there was a previous uploader who started this torrent, that I don't know about, but that DevineMalus referred to, well thanks to him too. Who ever it was that originally compiled all these authors into this torrent did quite a bit of quality work. I'm suspecting that hal9k does not speak English as his primary language, judging from his accompanying text. Whatever. An Excellent torrent. If you love literature, this is worth your time to get.

This is a good download. However, it is a hair annoying that each book is in 3 different formats. So we're downloading almost 6G of data, rather than a 2G and two programs to convert between LIT, PDF and RTF formats.

Each author is a separate rar archive. Sure, I can select which authors I want to download. But that doesn't change the fact that if I select Douglas Adams, for example, that I'm getting 3 copies of each Douglas Adams book.
Now, if there are clients that allow you select which file within the single author archive, then I apologize for my statement.

Good Choice, In paticular, I think that Pk Dick will someday be recognized as the greatest writer of the last half century. If you haven't read this guy yet, people, you are missing out. Several of his stories have found their way to Hollywood, like Blade Runner (Do Androids dream of Electric Sheep?), Total Recall, The Minority Report, and it escapes me at the moment what the rest are. However don't base your judgment on those movies, none of them do justice to this man's awesome writing ability. To paraphrase another great writer who agrees with me, "No one does Mind Fuck better that Philip K Dick does Mind Fuck" His use of First Person narration (from multiple viewpoints) is unrivaled by ANY other writer. Go for it people, you won't be disappointed.

This is a BS torrent. It's identical to the other long-running torrent with the same files that has way more seeders. Until this archive is updated with new eBooks, it is better to support the other torrent rather than split it.

what I really don't get is why I dled the Sci-Fi and Fantasy Library a couple years ago, and back then I KNOW it didn't have KA Applegate in it, and I could have sworn Robert Anton Wilson's books were in it. Maybe the torrent was deleted, then reposted with different content? and then re-reposted with the same/different content? Or maybe I have just gone insane trying to wrap my head around all these ebooks... ah well still good torrent(s)
