I get into the headmaster in the beginning, but after that the loading screens just keep running forever and nothing else happening. How many have experienced this? Has anyone been able to fix it?

So far, the major "stuck on loading after headmaster speech" is due to Vista 64 bit, and a few other system configurations.

Lots of people with issues have high end systems with 4GB+ RAM and quad-core CPUs.

Needless to say, this works on my XP-32 craptop...I mean laptop...but not the Vista-64 gaming rig I built two weeks ago.

.. yeah i got vista 64 bit with 8 gig ram and quad core... god damnit cant they check it before releasing the game? i really hope they'll make a patch or something soon

Hy guys. I have a problem. I downloaded the game unrared it and tryed to install it but it says Bully Scholarship Edition.msi isn't in temp files. OK no problem i put it manualy there and start setup. No problems so far. I choose language and then it starts installing and then nothing happens. The window with instalation dissepears. Any suggestion what could be wrong and how could i fix it? Ty in advance. :)

This game works fine.

HOWEVER, there's a weird bug with more than 2GB of RAM. Most Vista people, especially 64 bit users, are saying they have issues, but that's because a majority of Vista users have at least 2GB of RAM if not more (you almost need 4GB to game effectively on Vista).

If you are having issues with textures and rooms not loading, or an endless loading screen after speaking to the headmaster for the first time and you have more than 2GB (2048MB) of RAM in your system, then do the following:

1) Go to msconfig
2) Go to Boot (in XP it's Boot.ini) tab
3) Find the setting to set your maximum available memory and set it to 2048 (or less if this doesn't work).
4) Save and restart the computer

Game works on my XP32, 3 year old laptop just fine, but not on my high end Vista64 gaming rig unless I make the above change. Hopefully R* releases a patch soon.

i have a problem.
when i start the game it says: Bully requires a 32 bit display, and vertex and shader model 3.0 support. This game is on ps2 too. Bully isn't with so goood graphics. wtf...what should i do!

When I download it, I just get a load of RAR files with a small iso file in each. How do I actually install it?

To those who do not know how to install it:
1. Download torrent
2. Torrent
3. Use WinRAR (unpack .rar and .iso files)
4. Use DAEMON Tools to digitally mount the game in your computer. It's just like saying burning it into your computer (no CD required)
5. Install. Good luck, because it's a pain to get it to work perfectly. I'm not there yet lol.

what a horrible port. I have the XBOX360 version, the pc port blows. Keyboard mapping and cameras are a disaster. UGH!

The game works. However, if you're gettin trouble with bugs on XP, install Service Pack 3. At least this solves the loading glitches. And for the guy with the shader 3.0 problem, you will need a new Video card, that's the only solution

lol why would people have more than 4 gigabytes of ram its useless vista only utilizes 3.69 GB!
