This is the rare television feature, "Paragon of Comedy" which originally aired in 1983.  You may recognize John Paragon as Jambi, the decapitated genie-head-in-the-box from the various Pee-Wee Herman productions. From my experience, it is nearly impossible to find!

It is a sketch-based comedy show, also featuring Pee-Wee Herman (Paul Reubens), Elvira Mistress of the Dark (Cassandra Petersen), John Paragon, Sandy Helberg, Edie McClurg, and more.

Featuring such great sketches as Al & Arnie, Ramon Azteca, The Mating Game, and more, it is quite cheesy but also quite memorable if you lived in 1983!
