This download tries to call out to a non-MS site with divx in the URL. Little Snitch alerted me so I binned this POS.

Here's the LittleSnitch message I got when I installed this program...

"DivX" wants to connect to 127-99-16-190.fibertel.com.ar on TCP port 30195

DivX isn't even capitalized correctly. Had to go to /use/bin/ and kill "DivX"

Doesn't contain DMG file ... just some universal application that doesn't load.

It does load, but along with installing Office 2008, it installs that little DivX program in /usr/bin/ which tries to call home.

DOES CONTAIN OFFICE - NEEDS A BIT OF ROCKET SCIENCE TO EXTRACT BUT WILL WORK! As commented by others, this RAR-file contains an app called "Office 2008 Mounter.app". When run, it asks for an admin password - fishy! However, that app contains the DMG of Office 2008 - albeit hidden. Use tinkertool to make invisible files visible, then right-click the "Office 2008 Mounter.app" and select "Show package contents" from the contextual menu, then navigate to ./Contents/Resources/.data/ and there it is!
