R-Studio 4.6.127.528 R-Studio is a family of powerful and cost-effective data recovery and undelete utilities. Empowered by the new unique data recovery technologies, it is the most comprehensive solution for data recovery from FAT12/16/32, NTFS, NTFS5 (created or updated by Windows 2000) and Ext2FS (LINUX file system) partitions. It functions on local and network disks, even if such partitions are damaged or deleted. Flexible parameter settings give you absolute control over data recovery.

Again what type and what scanner(s) used. How come these spammers don't get the hint and try to be a little bit more convincing. Guess they don't have the time to be, got a lot of fake posts to get done before school?
==DO NOT DOWNLOAD==
I did all my testing in a vmware virtual enviroment so any damage could be easily reversed and have found out the following:
clamwin antivirus v 0.95.1 detects: Trojan.Agent-66477
AVG free v 8.5.375 detects: Trojan horse Generic12.NFE
All updated july 9th 2009
since you can download r studio 4.6 from their own website i did (only i couldnt activate it) but scanning the legit copy shows no virus infection and no installment of the randomly named dll file being run on startup. clearly this copy is a virus, most likely to get personal information rather than cause havoc.
hijack this shows: O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MSServer] rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\cbXQjjge.dll,s
