Test result: Fail to Save, fail to export.
Open 16mins WAV file (AIFF also same result), apply and bouch Plugin: OK
Save: Fail
Export: Fail
Quit, ask me to save, select save: Fail (Peak will then be unresponsive from this point)
Try 4min26sec file, result same as above.
Conclusion: Cannot save or export file. Got message:
Peak did not save the audio document! You may not have
enough free space on the chosen disk to save this audio
document.
Open 16mins WAV file (AIFF also same result), apply and bouch Plugin: OK
Save: Fail
Export: Fail
Quit, ask me to save, select save: Fail (Peak will then be unresponsive from this point)

Did you create the crack in osx 10.5.X or 10.4.X - i'm using 10.4.11... could this be why it's not working for me and some others? and if so would there be any fix?
BTW, when i ope your crack package and run the easyPatch file this is what comes up in terminal (dunno if it helps)

After applying patch, if u run BIAS Authorization Manager, you would see that Peak 6 is still listed as Trial, which might explain why Saving File is so difficult.
Actually i think better way is to create [k] for the "BIAS Authorization Manager" to generate authenticated response, then don't have to worry about [k]'ing the software itself.

Oh yes thanks for this tip, it does work, choosing 16bit Big Endian is what I like, and it does work.

Oh well...now the app when it contacts Bias for the trial says no more authorizations are allowed.....is there any solution to that short of wiping the drive and starting over? Thanks for all the copmments and help suggestions everyone.

OK, Bias Peak has 14 output formats. Many DO seem to work after the patch, but the "major" formats like WAVE, SDII & AIFF will not allow you to save. I COULD save in mp3, FLAC, ACC, QuickTime. I didn't try all 14 -- but I think this krack is almost there.

Hi everybody! Why if we have a Macbook with Leopard 10.5.6 it works in some and not in anothers? I think all is the same. I tried to work the crack uninstalling first all the Bias Peak Pro 5.2 files, repeat, all, in order to do a clean installation. But it was impossible. Somebody knows how I can make it works?

K.u.r.t., I know that Peak is slow encoding mp3 on his 5.2 version... Can you see to make a crack for dsp-quattro v3 please? This is a really good audio editor!
Kurt's crack does not work for the current trial version of Peak Pro 6.1.1, does anyone know where to download an updated crack, or an older version of the trial app, version 6.04 that Kurt original developed the crack for.
