Looks like the street is just white instead of tar colored? I mean, if it's not a mod that's inclusive of real snowy weather conditions like slippery streets, snowy rooftops, snow on top of cars, then it's not worth it IMO. But to each their own. If you enjoy it that's all that matters.
please seed people , i keep seeding when i got this mod , links at gta garage are corrupt
