a man [V-Hugo Weaving] survives the biological war weapon testing by the government on the people and becomes somewhat of a superhero who decides to blow up parliament like Guy Fawkes of the XVII century tried to do but was caught and hanged, first he storms the national tv broadcasting station to get his message out and there he meets Evey [Natalie Portman] who first decides to help but later betrays him and then after she learns the story of what made him what he is she again decides to help with his mission to blow up parliament in futuristic fascist Great Britain
