Comedian and former health writer Tom Naughton replies to the Super Size Me crowd by losing weight on a fat-laden fast-food diet including plenty of double quarter-pounders and fried chicken while demonstrating that nearly everything we've been told about obesity and healthy eating is wrong. Fat Head features humorous animations as well as informative interviews with doctors, nutritionists, and political scientists.

This DVD was a self-financed, independent venture, so if you like it, support the artist, do the right thing, and buy it.

I agree definitely buy this movie, not only to support Tom Naughton who paid everything out of his own pocket to make this movie a realization, but also to show other folks

shut the fuck up... listen without the free exchange of information on line.... we would still be in the dark ages, he made this movie to make a point and use his voice to speak out, not , i hope , to make money.... super size me made a lot of money.

I am the author of a book, The Great Carb Cutback, and I think this film gets out an incredibly important message. By all means, download it; I am convinced Naughton made the film for people to see. But then go to his website http://www.fathead-movie.com/ and click on the button to make a donation through PayPal. That way, your donation goes straight to the film maker, not Amazon or NetFlix or some other third party, with the film maker just getting a pittance.

We watched this movie for the first time about a few months ago, it confirmed a year of research my husband had done on his own and we live our life by it (except for the occasional cake cuz...come on its cake) I want to show this to my family, thanks!
